Proposal Engineer @ Evoke

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with delivery team to ensure that customer requirements are well defined and understood so that attractive, differentiated market competitive offers are developed and submitted on-time.
• Knowledge and practice of the overall project delivery concepts of engineering, supply chain, installation, and commissioning processes to ensure on time, on cost and at high quality delivery.
• Must understand all the aspects of the proposal like, milestones, CRs, payments terms etc.
• Work closely with team to drive the Engineering bid and ensure competitive and timely submission of all required engineering data to meet agreed bid plan.
• Work with the Commercial, Process Category Management and Solutions Delivery teams to identify donor projects or re-usable projects to optimize design and costing.
• Follow all customer & internal governance and bid approval processes.
• Ensure that bids are entered and managed and updated as per RFQ / Customer requirement to provide accurate performance data.
• Customer/inquiry information collection, work out the technical solution based on inquiry form etc.; effectively deliver full proposal including related drawing, PID, layout, appendix, WBS costs, etc support from cross functional team.
• Ensure scope is defined clearly and accurately, as required in accordance with customer and corporation request by working closely with delivery team.
• Ensure specified and effective inquiry is send to supply chain team, to achieve the cost-wise budget under a set solution and scope.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication to quotation stakeholders (internal and external) as required.
• Ensure effective identification for qualitative and quantitative risks to minimize any adverse impact on the quotation budget and future project costs/deliverables.
• Majorly from O&G background.
