Experience: 2 years an above

 

Qualification: Any graduate

 

Working Days / Hours: 2nd & 4th Saturday off, AND 1st & 3rd Sat Half day.

 

Job details:

• Mail Drafting
• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Gather new client information during the initial phone call and initial meeting and maintain confidentiality Answer incoming phone calls and return missed calls, respond to voicemails and emails and distribute incoming calls.
• Maintain office organization by cleaning and organizing office daily and checking office supply inventory.
