Role & responsibilities
- We are hiring for Customer Support International Non-Voice Process for world's largest e-commerce site.
- We are looking for freshers and tenured candidates who want to build their careers in the customer service domain by having excellent communication and written skills.
- NOTE: Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English - Looking for an Immediate Joiner
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills and written skills.
- The candidate's prime role will be assisting customers through Emails.
- Candidates who are in Chennai Location alone.
- Required only immediate joiners and somebody who are within 30KM radius of distance.
- Looking for both Freshers & Experienced candidates, 1-3 years
- Highest Qualification: + 2 / Diploma for 3 years/ Graduates in any stream with no backlogs.
- Rotational Shift Timings with 2 days of weekly offs
