Job Title: Non-Voice Process Associate (UK Shift) / UK Banking Process

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th Grade Passed (Candidates with a BE, BTech, BSc, or PG degree freshers will not be eligible to apply. )
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet, Email)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a non-voice process into banking is mandatory

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via email or chat
  • Process and update customer information accurately
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
