Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in the recruitment and talent acquisition processes within the *pharmaceutical sector. Job Summary: As an HR Executive specializing in Pharma Recruitment, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our pharmaceutical organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring requirements and contribute to building a talented and diverse workforce. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for pharmaceutical positions. Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and. organizational culture. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Stay informed about industry trends, market salary rates, and competitors to advise on effective recruitment strategies. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and enhance the overall recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant HR databases. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or Recruiter, with a focus on pharmaceutical recruitment. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, including an understanding of regulatory requirements and specific skill sets required for various roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
