Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Surat & Kochin
Salary: As per market standard
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Six days a week (Sunday off)

You will lead HR operations, policies, and programs, aligning them with the company's goals while providing leadership to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead recruitment efforts for blue and white-collar positions globally, fostering a positive work environment across diverse cultures.
3. Employee Development: Implement performance appraisals and career growth initiatives.
