Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Increasing business opportunities through various routes and channel partners.
Compiling and analyzing your individual/ Team Sales figures on a regular basis.
Creating a healthy and competitive environment.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in real estate, banking Insurance.
Excellence in Sales marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
Good communication skills, presentable with strong negotiation skills to enhance sales.
Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and a self starter.
Manager must possess the team spirit work in which he/ she must be heading teams of some numbers.
Must have motivational skills which imparts positive attitude towards the team.
Must be well versed with Excel and capable enough in generating reports along with PPTs.
Candidate must be sharp and active enough to analyze self/ team efforts along with scope of improvement.
Salary - 2, 00, 000 5, 00, 000/ Annum (may go up based on Candidates profile and current CTC)

Responsible for generating sales with clients and developing opportunities with new customers.
Liaisoning between customers and the reporting Heads for up- to- date status of services, pricing and new project launches.
Report on sales activities to Senior Management
Meeting the targets and goals set for you by Senior Management.

Job Description
Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos.
Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
Desired Candidate Profile :
Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo- editing software
