The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues via phone, email, and chat. In addition, the Customer Care Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting sales, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to understand and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively Experience in sales and upselling Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent attention to. detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in any field Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
