Job Description

: As a Store Executive at our FMCG Company, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of our retail store. Your role will involve supporting the store manager in various tasks to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

1. Customer Service: Providing courteous and helpful assistance to customers, answering queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

2. Sales Support: Assisting in sales activities, including product demonstrations, promotions, and upselling, to maximize revenue generation.

3. Stock Management: Assisting in the receipt, storage, and organization of stock, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient stock replenishment.

4. Merchandising: Supporting the store manager in setting up attractive product displays, signage, and promotional materials to enhance the visual appeal of the store and drive sales.

5. Store Maintenance: Helping to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store, including regular cleaning, restocking shelves, and ensuring proper functioning of equipment.

6. Administration: Assisting with administrative tasks such as handling cash transactions, processing returns and exchanges, and maintaining sales records.

7. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, to create a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other store staff and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination in achieving store goals and objectives.
