We are seeking Software Support Engineer trainee to provide technical support and maintenance for our dialer systems with Linux & SQL technology Locations : New Delhi (NCR candidates preferred) Vacancies: 10+ Responsibilities include: - Installing and configuring dialer systems, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to dialer systems, including Asterisk and database errors - Performing system maintenance and updates to ensure their smooth operation and optimal performance - Providing technical support to clients and end-users, resolving their queries and issues related to dialer systems Requirements: - Experience 0-2yrs - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field - Proficient in LINUX, CentOS, and databases such as SQL, MySQL(Mandatory) - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Strong communication skills, with the ability to. explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Freshers can apply Candidates can apply and can share their CV directly to "hidden_email" Contact no - hidden_mobile (Monday - Friday, Timing 9-6) About Teckinfo Incorporated in 1995, Teckinfo Solutions Pvt.
