• Document and provide constructive feedback on performance.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and uphold HR compliance.
• Organize team engagement activities to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
• Offer strategic support for talent acquisition and engagement.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven HR and recruitment expertise.
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• Strong recruiting skills with a demonstrated ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
• Thorough understanding of HR compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Female only candidates.
