Job title Asst Manager/Dty Manager Span Function & Role Projects Excellence Job Family Officer Reporting to (position) Projects Excellence Manager Direct Reportees(position) 0 Purpose Statement Design and Implement AMS(Aarti Management System) Sourcing Pillar i.e. Engineering Sourcing, Service Sourcing, Procurement and engineering material management Key Roles & Responsibilities Design and Implement systems as per organization strategy, structure and needs Support PDCA(Plan, Do, Check and Act) cycle for the elements and thereby bringing improvement in processes to increase efficiency, productivity of sourcing, procurement and material management -Provide necessary training to respective functions for practicing and abiding to the guidelines of Aarti Management System element and RCA tool:- Awareness , Audit & assessment Support Systems Development/digitization. of Business Processes and Dashboarding Conduct System Audits and analysis to provide insights for improvement in performance of Systems Do As-Is Studies, RCA and drive CAPA wherever deviation is observed and incorporate changes in the system for effectiveness Support change initiatives for functions (Procurement and contracts), with emphasis on implementation of lean workplace principles and practices to improve core processes across functions Internal & External Relationship Function / Agency Purpose of Interaction Frequency Procurement/Service/Material management(engg stores)/Project/operations Interactions required for AMS design, validation and implementation Need based.
