Zonal sales Job profile : What you will work on: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned zone to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and DSA partners. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the achievement of targets. Implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs and identify opportunities to onboard new partners. Collaborate with DSAs to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and feedback. Identify and explore new business opportunities and untapped markets within the assigned zone. Work closely with the other teams to develop and execute effective market expansion initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics. Optimize resources to achieve maximum ROI and profitability. Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the DSA vertical. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills.
