Company Description DIGI1 Electronics Pvt Ltd. is the electronics retail Company, which is having 30+ store across Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Navi Mumbai, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad etc. Role Description: Branch/Store Manager for Electronics Showroom This is a full-time on-site role located at Navsari, Mumbai, Pen, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan. Manager opening is at multiple locations. The Branch/Store Manager for Electronics Showroom will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service. This role also involves setting sales targets, devising marketing strategies, and conducting market analysis to drive sales and maximize profits. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electronics retail management, with a focus on electronics sales Experience in managing a team of at least 10 individuals Demonstrated successful sales track record and proficiency in meeting sales. targets Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Strong attention to detail, with a knack for identifying and addressing inefficiencies in operations Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management software Understanding of current market trends and ability to adapt to changes in the market Experience in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
