Who you are We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cisco Advanced Services Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of sophisticated projects within Cisco's Advanced Services portfolio. This role requires a solid background in project management, a deep understanding of Cisco technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and clients. Location: This position is based on site in Navi Mumbai, India, and will be passionate about supporting one or more of the largest BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) customers for Cisco. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with key collaborators in a dynamic and critical business environment. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ Years of experience in Project Management, preferably across long running IT Project or a. similar technical consulting environment. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering sophisticated projects. Minimum of 3 years or more of prior experience working in a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or Financial establishment. Familiarity with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) and other banking IT/security operations. Excellent hands-On capability across MS Projects, Smartsheet, Excel, MS Powerpoint, Jira and other project management/deliver tools. In-depth knowledge of Cisco technologies, products, and solutions. Familiarity with Cisco Advanced Services methodologies and standard processes. Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent is highly desirable. PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills. Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and align project work with client business objectives. Ability to work in high pressure and demanding environments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. What You LL Do Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. Drive project execution in adherence to established timelines and quality standards. Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial accountability. Ensure effective utilization of resources and manage project budgets. Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring project work align with their expectations. Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns. Prioritize, empower, and drive Collaboration across technical teams, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery. Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide pre-sales support when vital. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies across Technology, Contracting, Financial (Revenue/Cost/Margins), People (Forecasting, Availability, Capability) Experience and ability to identify, document, track, timely close and/or call out key project /milestone completion / success dependencies across Cisco, Partners and/or customer. Drive PX and CX SAT to ensure customer and partner delight. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Analyzing problems, making informed decisions, and adapting to unforeseen challenges. Implement and enforce Cisco's standard processes and methodologies in project management. Conduct regular quality assessments and ensure project work meet or exceed client expectations. Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project demands. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance environment. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications. Generate regular reports on project progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming breakthroughs. Prepare periodic Executive Update Dashboards across Customers, Partners and Cisco Stakeholders. Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively. Communicate changes to relevant collaborators and ensure alignment with project objectives. Lead and drive technology delivery for Ciscos Life Cycle Services, Data Center, and Security Project Delivery. Be responsible for and coordinate technology support across Ciscos DC Networking, Enterprise Networking, Security, Collaboration, Visibility/Insights, and automation portfolios. Ensure alignment with Ciscos technology roadmap and industry standard methodologies. Negotiating with collaborators, team members, and vendors to achieve project objectives. Why Cisco #WeAreCisco.
