Ensure creation, implementation and adherence of HR Policies and Processes
Employee Life Cycle Management (Employee Documentation from Joining to Exit)
Attendance and Leave Management
Employee Grievances (Ensure employee's queries are resolved within the set SLAs)
Dashboard / Report : Preparation of data / information /presentation for decision making.
Audit: Provide requisite data for Audits and ensure Zero Major NC- s
Recruitment & Selection: Hiring across levels (Worker/Staff/ Management
Hands-on experience with online portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster Timesjobs etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Experience 6 Years - 10 Years
