Job description Job Summary: We seek an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. As an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier professionals across various disciplines to support the growth and development of Parul University. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes. Responsibilities: Develop and execute diverse recruitment strategies, leveraging job portals, social media, and networking. Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and align selection criteria. Source candidates from LinkedIn and professional networks; assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate seamless interviews, engage candidates positively, and maintain a steady talent pipeline. Promote Parul University as an employer of choice through compelling job ads and. engagement with the marketing team. Ensure compliance with employment laws, analyse recruitment metrics, and facilitate smooth onboarding. Participate in job fairs and events to bolster the candidate pipeline. Maintain organized records for recruitment materials and interview notes. Goal oriented and focused to accomplish task within given timelines. Give suggestions to improve organization branding. Qualifications and Requirements: - Hold a Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prepare a report on Turnaround Time (TAT) from vacancy opening to successful fulfilment. - Possess minimum 2 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting. - Demonstrate a successful history of recruiting for various roles (faculty, administrative, technical). - Display expertise in recruitment best practices, sourcing, and candidate assessment. - Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering connections with candidates and stakeholders. - Capable of independence and teamwork, effectively managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. - Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments Preferred Skills: Effective communication skills (oral & written), Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Documentation skills, Open to learning, Ability to manage timelines & basic knowledge of statutory and labor laws.
