Currently we are hiring for one of our esteemed clients which is more than 25 years old company in manufacturer and distributor of material for plastics, polymer Chemicals and its additives. Having Business Turnover Approx: 130 Cr, Staff Strength is near about 350 people.

Description:
Position: Sales Coordinator

Reporting to: BDM

Dept: Back-office Sales

Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience

Qualification: Any Graduate

Gender: Male / Female

Age: Up to 30 to 35 Years

Candidate Location: Western Line preferred

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assisting and coordinating with the sales & Office team.

Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.

Handling ISO Documentation. (training will be provided)

Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance system.

Assisting and supporting management.

Maintain proper communication with staff.

Ensure samples / documents received from customer as and when required.

Prepare IMS documents pertaining to department.

Communicate dispatch details and logistic arrangements to customer as applicable.

Coordination for customer feedback and identifying improvement areas.

Coordination for Corrective Actions

Ensuring proper maintenance and preservation of system related documents and records.

Coordination for internal & External audit

Coordination for MRM and provide equired data.

Computer knowledge: MS office- especially MS Advance Excel, MS outlook, power point presentation & ERP.

Skills:

Good communication skills

able to work under deadlines and pressure.

passionate to accept challenges.

Strong in Coordination

Remuneration: Fix Salary + Yearly bonus & all other benefits as per the companies standard rules and regulations.

Office Timings: Mon- Fri 10am - 6pm (All half Saturdays 10am 2.30pm)

Companies other Product Range: Products range includes Mold release Coatings, Finishing Emulsion, Industrial Defoamer, Industrial Antifoams, Plastics & Polymer material etc.
