Job Description
Financial Literacy Team Lead
Overview:
The position requires the candidate to lead a team of curriculum planners to make finance fun and accessible to students of Grades 1 to 8.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Teach complex, theoretical financial topics in fun and interactive ways
- Plan age-appropriate topics to be taught
- Write, design and review textbooks/workbooks.
- Review lesson plans and teaching resources.
- Design and conduct training programs
- Observe teachers when executing classes and resolve doubts and queries.
- Teach whenever required to test new methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Preferably school teaching experience/ investment banking/ portfolio management/ banking experience/pursuing CA
- An entrepreneur with startup experience in brand building, marketing and sales experience in leading and managing a team both onsite and remotely
- A Bachelors/Masters in Commerce/Economics/Finance, Humanities, Education
- Technologically Savvy
- Should be a team player and have a passion for learning and teaching
- Excellent communication skills
Additional:
- Willing to guide and interact with students and parents
- Research-oriented and experienced in experiential learning
- Interested in games and activities
