Budget: CTC 4~20 lacs.

Experience: 3~15 years

Qualification: B.Tech EEE / Civil / ECE / Mechanical or MHRM / MBA / MSW HR

Job location: Tirupati or Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Target industries: Preferred talents from Power Transmission (Substation & Transmission Line) and Solar sectors. Consider Talents from manpower consultants worked / working with Power / Infra / Construction / Solar / Oil & Gas / Energy / Engineering sectors.    

• Manpower Planning and Budgeting
• Management of complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Ensure that within the budget, best skilled & culturally fit staff are being recruited in the workplace and are ready to act. 
• Have a track that they are being properly inducted to make them understand the culture of Amara Raja and his/her job"  
• Coordinating recruitment by a screening of resumes calling up candidates & scheduling the interviews.
• Handling suitable profiles via Internet portals, referencing, Talent mapping, headhunting, networking etc
