Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. As an Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our employees in various IT systems and technologies. This is a full-time position with a duration of 1 to 3 years. Qualifications And Skills 2 years of experience as an Trainer or similar role Individuals in this role will be working with business stakeholders like painters, contractors, architect, shop boys, dealers, employees etc. Key task of this role is to train different business stakeholders about paints, application. process, mechanized tools, waterproofing etc. The job requires travel for upto 15-days in a month. Functional Responsibilities: - Planning and conducting training as per monthly plan The trainer will travel to different locations to train participants Attending complaints at customer site Prepare product panels; Mobilise trainees; Handle new assignments as needed Education Qualification: - Post graduate/Graduate from any background Computer Knowledge: - Good knowledge on computer, word, excel, internet and email. Required Experience/Skills Communication skills: - Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team, training/meeting 2 years working experience Communication skills: - Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team, training/meeting Language (Read +Write +Speak): - Local language must and Hindi and English Knowledge and experience of training, consumer sales, business development in paints and building material industry is an added advantage Preference for candidates from Paint Companies / Painting services Companies/ Building materials
