Job Description

Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Evaluate candidates", licenses, certifications, and background checks as required. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Create job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment marketing materials to attract top healthcare talent. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). Experience in healthcare recruitment, with a demonstrated track record of successfully filling positions in healthcare settings. knowledge of healthcare roles, licenses, certifications, and industry-specific recruitment challenges. Strong interpersonal and communication. skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
