Role Description We are seeking a full-time US Healthcare Recruiter for our Noida location. As a US Healthcare Recruiter, youll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various healthcare roles, with a focus on the US market. Youll be expected to identify top talent, ensure a smooth hiring process, and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients. This is an on-site, full-time position. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field . 1+ years of experience working as a healthcare recruiter, with a focus on the US market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle Experience using applicant tracking systems (preferably, Greenhouse) Knowledge of healthcare-related regulations and compliance Experience working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify and meet staffing needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
