Mumbai Role Description This is a full-time role, on-site in Mumbai, as an Insurance Sales Manager for an Insurance Broking firm. The Insurance Sales Manager Corporate will be responsible for managing a team of insurance brokers, generating new business, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Insurance Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, as well as develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed the company's sales goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of insurance brokers Proven track record of success in insurance sales, preferably in a managerial role Deep knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry, including products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines Excellent communication. negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and deliver customized solutions Ability to work independently as well as within a team, and prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Relevant certifications in insurance sales or underwriting is a plus
