• Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales in the marketing and advertising
• industry
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
