Role : Academic Counsellor Experience must have: 2 years to 3 years in digital and offline marketing Responsibilities :- 1. Proven Experience: Minimum [2] years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in the music industry or related field. 2. Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including website optimization, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. 3. Data-driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies. 4. Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop creative and impactful marketing campaigns while aligning them with broader strategic goals. 5. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and storytelling abilities. 6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, content. management systems (CMS), and email marketing software. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. 7. Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and freelancers. 8. Results-driven: Track record of delivering measurable results and achieving marketing objectives and KPIs. 9. Music Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the music industry, its trends, target audience, and marketing opportunities is advantageous. 10. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
