JD FOR SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for Sales Executive & a Sales Manager with a passion for the coating industry to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business within the paint and coating sector. This role requires a strong understanding of powder coating products and applications, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential customers and market segments within the paint and coating industry.
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs, offer solutions, and provide excellent customer service.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our paint and coating products, applications, and benefits.
Be a resource for customers, offering technical information and guidance.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of our powder coating solutions.
Address customer questions and concerns effectively.
Quoting and Proposal Preparation:
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for potential clients.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure competitive pricing and attractive offers.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

Salary:    80 - 100k  CTC ( Marketing Manager )
Salary Date: 7-10 (every month)

Shift timing: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
Working Days: 6 Days (mon-sat)
