Urgent hiring for the Recruiter - BFSI

Location: Work From Home

Experience: 2+ in BFSI hiring

What we want:
We are looking for a BFSI Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle in the banking and finance sector, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

What you will do:

• Manage recruitment life cycle
• Search requirements of hiring, connect with hiring and talent acquisition manager
• Send contact information and email to discuss the Hiring requirements.
• Source the candida5te using social media, job boards, WhatsApp, etc., call the interested candidates, and screen for eligibility and interest.
• Learn, manage, and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects.
• Research and learn various domain and industry trends and understand the manpower requirements.
• Work on cold calling candidates, to meet the hiring requirements
• Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to strict deadlines.
• Perform search, screen, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
• Conduct telephonic or video interviews of candidates sourced by the trainee
• Work on calling and emailing the candidate and following up till onboarding.
