Job Description

s

  • To partner with business heads to design and update Job descriptions for each position.
  • To check the relevance of existing Job descriptions and update them to meet the prevailing business objectives

Reviews:

  • To develop a relevant review template in conjunction with the business objectives
  • To govern the periodic reviews in the respective function
  • To document and send the minutes & review observations to relevant stakeholders

Performance Management:

  • Draft KRA & KPI that are aligned with business objectives
  • To ensure that the team members are communicated and explained the KRA/KPI
  • Setting up a process that ties up the review mechanism with the annual appraisal
  • Facilitate the appraisal process and mediate where required
  • Ensure adherence to bell curve

Customer:

  • To develop and maintain a healthy working relationship with the business heads
  • Work closely with the business heads on evaluating working processes and streamline them
  • Should be able to align the employees with the managements vision

 

People:

      Performance:

  • To observe performance trends and initiate the PEP process for team members
  • Should highlight any deviation for employees not conforming to the culture of the organization

    Training & Development:

  • Identifying the current gaps in context product knowledge/sales processes/behavior and facilitate the required trainings
  • Take up individual projects related to Talent Management, Rewards & Recognition, Learning & Development, and Communication and follow it through to its execution.

  Skills Required:

  • Proficient in using MS Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint presentation
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Should be comfortable with data analysis
  • Proficient in using SAP for analysis and reports
