Job Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge of construction procedures & cost management.
2. Arrange of Q.C evaluation.
3. Maintaining the suppliers selection & Approval form.
4. Maintaining the vendor & material Database
5. Co-Ordination with Site for MRP (material Requirement Planning) daily basis.
6. Quality record maintaining.
7. Quality Record Maintaining all raw material (cement, steel, sand, bricks)
8. Keep all quality inspection report as per ISO standard
9. Preparing BOQ documents
10. Analyzing quotation & tenders, finalizing and negotiating contracts.
11. Project Costing & Accounting
12. Reconciliation of Material
13. Vendor Billing Process for payments. Key Skills: Key skills:
Knowledge of Warehouse construction.

Mandatory:
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in on site/ infra constructions.
Knowledge of materials used on construction site.
