Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in growth and marketing, with a proven track. record of driving successful marketing strategies and achieving business growth. As the Head of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our growth trajectory, steering our marketing efforts across three distinct B2B SaaS products. Your role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategy across various industries and product lines, ensuring we generate high-quality leads to meet our ambitious sales targets. You will lead a compact yet effective team of growth marketers and content specialists. Roles and Responsibilities Design and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with our aggressive growth plans and helps increase brand awareness. Drive an effective and cost-efficient lead generation engine to support growth Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and drive results. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and partners. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging marketing trends, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the field of digital and growth marketing for B2B SaaS/Software company Experience in marketing to small and midsize companies for US-based companies is required. Professional; degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have resulted in business growth. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, analytics software, and social media management tools.
