Crafting our content. You'll translate our unique Employer Brand strategy into content that connects candidates with Avalaras talent, teams, products, mission and success traits.
Evangelism and advocacy. Youll be the local employer and talent brand expert on the ground. Youll be able to context-switch effortlessly - whether that means sharing our strategy with leaders and hiring managers, or running meetings to encourage participation.
Platform and Tool Management. Youll be the expert in translating our brand and strategy to our employer brand and talent brand platforms and tools including LinkedIn, ICIMS, CareerPuck, The Martec and others.
Data and Reporting. Youll dive into the back end of these platforms and share data and reports to guide future projects.
You have:
At least two years experience managing content of all kinds. If thats Employer or Talent Brand content, thats even better.
A Bachelors degree in a relevant subject.
