Job Description
Job Title: Catalogue Executive (Fresher)
Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad

Shift Timings
- Female Candidates: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Male Candidates: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
(Shift allocation will be based on business requirements.)
Position Overview
We are seeking fresh graduates for the position of Catalogue Executive to support our back-office and e-commerce operations. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in a structured and fast-paced work environment. The primary responsibility will involve data entry and catalog management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry of product details into the internal catalog system.
- Update and maintain product information including names, specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Collect and organize product data, images, and specifications from suppliers.
- Ensure consistency and correctness in product listings.
- Conduct regular checks to identify and correct data errors or outdated information.
- Follow cataloging standards and internal data management guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Interest in data entry, cataloging, or e-commerce operations.
- Basic understanding of data entry principles and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to task completion.
Compensation
- Total CTC: 19,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: 13,000 per month
(Standard statutory deductions will apply as per company policy.)
