Job Description

: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Consultant with a background in both consulting and business analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow offerings, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or other relevant modules. Additionally, expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and a solid understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: 1. ServiceNow Implementation: - Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems. - Customize and configure ServiceNow modules based on business requirements, with a focus on ITSM and CSM. 2. Consulting/Business Analysis: - Engage with clients to understand their business processes and. requirements. - Conduct workshops and gather user stories to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 3. Agile Delivery: - Work within Agile development teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of ServiceNow solutions. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies. 4. ITSM/ITIL Processes: - Demonstrate a deep understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes and best practices. - Provide guidance on how to align ServiceNow solutions with ITSM/ITIL standards. 5. Training and Support: - Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow features. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow implementations. 6. Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution design, process flows, and configuration details. 7. Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to achieve project goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, etc.). - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant/Business Analyst, with a focus on ITSM/CSM or other relevant modules. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - In-depth knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
