  •   This role is for Sr Developer/ Automation testing expert in Test Automation Consulting (TAC) Responsible for working with Rx Business team for requirement gathering, solutioning and working closely with Developers/ engineers in OGA India. Work on various Test Automation Consulting assignments for Rx Application team supporting on test tools, DevOps, CI/CD consulting.
  •  Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated and applied understanding of modern development methodologies and tools to develop, deploy and maintain impactful, high-value market solutions
  • Competency in the programming languages most relevant and appropriate to role and problem space
  • Understands underlying solution architecture of solution and aligns or adapts it to optimize for business needs
  • Possess breadth of knowledge spanning all bodies of technologies, e.g., databases, middleware, OS, etc.
  • Understand business objectives and how technology can optimize and enable solutions
  • Focus on business value proposition & Comply with enterprise security protocols
  • Understands and incorporates quality principles to ensure optimal performance, impact and experience
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).   •  Required Qualifications
  •  
  • B.Tech/MCA/Msc/MTech (16+ years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 8+ years of work experience in Product companies
  • 8+ years of expertise in Creating test automation framework (using Selenium and Cypress Test Automation tools
  • Experience or knowledge in SpringBoot, React, AngularJS
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript OR Python programming languages & co-pilot experience
  • Expert in analyzing test results, identifying bottlenecks
  • Exposure to agile development process
  • Knowledge & Exposure in AI, GenAI, LLMs , GPT4.0
  • Well versed with GitHub, DevOps and CI/CD process and tools
  • Proven solid self-driven collaborator with ability to work in diverse teams as a contributing member
  • Proven good problem-solving skills
  • Proven good communication skills
  • Proven ability to co-ordinate with on-site stakeholders on day-to-day activities
  • Proven ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, Java and JavaScript
  • Proven proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
