Job Description

Role : Ops P&C Associate

Experience : 2 to 8 Years

Location: Chennai/ Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Shift: NIght Shift

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and determine appropriate coverage options for property and casualty insurance.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, including coverage options, pricing, and terms.
• Monitor policy renewals and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain client relationships.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend necessary coverage adjustments.
• Support clients in the claims process by providing guidance and assistance from start to finish.
• Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market to provide accurate advice.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to negotiate premiums and coverage terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred.
• Possession of a valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property and casualty insurance sales or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and underwriting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using insurance software and CRM tools to manage client relationships.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
