Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform. Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for a seamless customer experience. 2. Product Listing and Management: Upload new products to the website, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions. Monitor and update product information, including prices and inventory levels. 3. Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process online orders promptly and accurately. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment. 4. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a professional and timely manner. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to online orders. 5. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement online promotions and campaigns. Monitor the performance of online marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements. 6. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze e-commerce metrics and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data to identify trends, track website traffic, and optimize the online shopping experience. 7. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and prevent stockouts. Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and improve turnover. 8. E-commerce Technology: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technology advancements. Evaluate and recommend improvements to the e-commerce platform or related tools. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce operations and management. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and online marketing. 3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web analytics tools. 4. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills. 5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in product listings and order processing.
