Profile:- *Will be responsible for Statutory Registrations & Liasioning with government authorities for Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Corporation, and Professional Tax, MLWF, Contract Labour Act etc. Adherence and Identification of applicability of statutory rules & regulation. Calculation and Preparation of error free PF /ESI/PT/ Challans in standard format as per the slabs and ensure timely submission. Handling remittance formalities with the bank within the timeframe. Working on Collection, Transfer, Withdrawal, verification & Submission of forms and maintaining the database for the same. ( Challans & Returns) Handling Employee Queries. Preparation and submission of all returns Conduct monthly audit at respective store to ensure all statutory related registers & records are maintenance, display of abstract and notices at stores Ensure 100% audit queries are resolved timely as per the statutory requirements (Source N+1 audit report)
