Manage Banca channel sales performance, focusing on cross-selling life insurance products through bank channels.
Develop and execute strategies to increase bancassurance sales revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners and internal teams.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
