Experience     : Min 5yrs in Foundry background

Job Responsibilities :

# Performing regular cleaning, check up and utility operations (Vcb, Acb, transformer, Dg, pump house, Compressor & Ro)

# Maintenance and trouble shooting of induction furnace (either inductotherm or Electrotherm)

# Maintenance and trouble shooting of sand plant electrical issues

# Maintenance and trouble shooting of Hpml electrical issues

# Maintenance of Eot cranes, core shop

# Maintenance of Shot blast machines

# Ensuring adherence of Pm schedule according to allocated area

# Working towards to increase plant up time as per target by doing proper Rca

# Cost optimization by concentrating more on preventive maintenance

# Focusing on continuous improvement and kaizen activities
