Job Description
-
Prepare, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.

Develop weekly and monthly micro-level work plans.
-
Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.
-
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site.
-
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
-
Ensure compliance with timelines, safety norms, and quality standards.
-
Implement QA/QC protocols and enforce quality checklists.
-
Monitor work progress against specifications and identify non-conformities.
-
Drive corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
-
Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and preferably BIM.
-
Stay updated with the latest construction materials, methods, and technologies.

Lead and motivate onsite teams of 1020 personnel including laborers and subcontractors.

Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure workforce productivity.

Supervise task allocation and performance of site staff.

Liaise with Architects, Consultants, Clients, and Regulatory Bodies.

Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) with supporting Gantt Charts.

Maintain complete project documentation and communication logs.

Monitor material consumption vs BOQ and track inventory.

Raise material indents timely to avoid site delays.

Minimize material wastage and prevent unauthorized usage.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera for project planning.

Strong command of AutoCAD, Excel, and site documentation practices.
-
Solid understanding of CPM, WBS, and Risk Management principles.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
-
Familiarity with municipal compliance requirements and real estate project approvals.
