Job Description
- Conduct laboratory and field tests on concrete, soil, aggregates, asphalt, cement, and steel
- Perform tests such as compressive strength, slump test, sieve analysis, compaction, CBR, etc.
- Record, analyze, and maintain accurate test results and reports
- Follow testing procedures as per IS/ASTM/BS standards
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams
- Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and documentation
- Assist in identifying and reporting quality issues
- Any Engineering Graduate (Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech or equivalent)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
- Basic knowledge of material testing and quality standards (training will be provided for freshers)
- Willingness to work at site and laboratory locations
- Good attention to detail and learning attitude
- Basic computer skills for reporting
- Exposure to construction or infrastructure projects
- Understanding of QA/QC processes
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
