Sales & Support:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and increase market presence.
Identify and pursue new opportunities through proactive client engagement, networking, and market research.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Support the sales process by preparing proposals, quotations, and providing technical guidance during pre-sales activities.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and approach key decision-makers including Architects, Contractors, Project Managers, Consultants, and Government Officials.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, influencers, and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, providing solutions tailored to customer needs.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty through pre-sales consultation, timely delivery, and after-sales support.
Technical Sales & Product Expertise:
Possess a strong technical understanding of engineering and infrastructure-related products such as structural components, building materials, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment.
Demonstrate the ability to explain product features, benefits, and applications clearly to support customer decision-making and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Assist in the development of product positioning strategies based on site conditions and customer specifications.
Proposal & Bid Management:
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Collaborate with the internal team to create accurate technical documentation and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in alignment with company profitability goals.
Engage in pre-tendering activities by influencing specifications and conducting presales efforts.
Sales Operations & Collections:
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to delivery and post-sales support.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Maintain accurate documentation including sales records, client interactions, RA bills, and follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of compliance and ethical practices in all business dealings.
Marketing & Brand Positioning:
Plan and execute marketing initiatives including product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Represent the company in client meetings, technical seminars, and public forums to strengthen brand recognition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful collateral and digital content aligned with brand goals.
