Job Summary

Drive revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships and selling our portfolio of our consulting services to enterprise clients across industries. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.


Key Responsibilities


Market Penetration
Hunt new clients across verticals including Technology, Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing
Achieve quarterly sales targets
Maintain a healthy pipeline growth through strategic prospecting

Solution Selling

Conduct needs analysis for customized staffing/consulting proposals
Present ROI-driven solutions for:
DevOps services
Digital Marketing services
Technology/Process trainings

Account Management

Nurture C-level relationships (CEOs, CTOs, Procurement leaders)
Achieve 90%+ client retention rate
Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth service implementation

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor pricing/offerings in consulting/staffing space
Provide accurate monthly forecast

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years B2B sales experience in:
IT consulting services
Professional services
