Job description  of Area Business Head - Life Insurance - Bancassurance 

• Recruitment of Sales Managers, training and driving them towards developing life insurance business in their assigned Territory
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with Branch managers and staff of the Branch
• Visiting the branches frequently with SMs and meeting prospective HNI customers. 
• Announcing schemes towards driving the business in line with Management targets. 
• Retaining employees 

 Selection Criteria:

1. Graduation Mandatory - with MBA in Finance & Marketing Preferred

2. Min 4-5 Years of Experience in Bancassurance Sales Life Insurance in Open Architecture - with Min 1 - 2 Years of Team Handling mandatory. 

3. Should be a consistent performer and exhibit good stability throughout his employment tenure.

4. With a high focus on early completion of Target and should drive his team for excellence.
