• Recruitment of Sales Managers, training and driving them towards developing life insurance business in their assigned Territory
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with Branch managers and staff of the Branch
• Visiting the branches frequently with SMs and meeting prospective HNI customers. 
• Announcing schemes towards driving the business in line with Management targets.
• Spreading positive energy
• Subject matter and process flow expert.
• Better Team Management, Customer Relationship Management.
• Retaining employees 

Selection Criteria 

• Graduate 
• Min 4-5 years of Life Insurance Sales in the Bancassurance Channel with team handling Experience of 1-2 years. 
• Having good performance track in the current and previous organizations.
• Consistency in overall employment tenure is mandatory. 
• Possessing good leadership skills.
