In India, Jhpiego works across various. In India, Jhpiego is working for the improving quality of nursing education for more than one decade now. Under existing intervention in state, Jhpiego will continue to work on Institutionalized Governance mechanisms to ensure the quality of pre-service nursing education in all public and private nursing education institutions across the state. Also, the initiative intends to consistently focus on building sustainable state-level capabilities for ensuring quality education through building a Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance system Responsibilities Coordinate timely collection, collation and compilation of data in the state Coordinate with and provide support to field staff for data cleaning and consistency Support the compilation/entry of data received and its analysis for preparation of report and presentation Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for program improvement Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of program Create visually appealing, data-rich PowerPoint presentations to support the telemedicine program. Review and edit presentation content for clarity, coherence, and alignment with the program's objectives. Perform quality checks to ensure presentations are error-free and meet the highest standards. Coordinate in program related activities like trainings etc. on case to case basis Contribute to the organisational MERL activities in building and implementing standard operational procedures, capacity building, etc Support State Program Officer for all data related works. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Required Qualifications The candidate shall have graduation/ postgraduation degree/ diploma in any stream from an institution recognized by the government. Bachelors degree in statistics, public health, or relevant fields is highly preferable Candidates with 2-3 year (or more) of professional experience in data analysis will be given preference. Proficiency in data analysis tools and softwares. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience of working with government health systems strengthening projects will be an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications Women candidates are encourged to apply
