Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience Range: 5+
Hiring Location: Hyderabad

Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Core Development: Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
• Declarative Tools: Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts
• Data Handling: Proficient in SOQL/SOSL for querying and manipulating data
• Integration Experience: Solid understanding and implementation experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience Cloud: Functional knowledge and experience building with Experience Cloud
• Development Best Practices: Adheres to Salesforce coding standards, performs code reviews, and writes quality, scalable code
• Deployment Support: Experience in deployment and release management activities using tools such as Change Sets, ANT, or CI/CD pipelines

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Apex Testing Framework and test class coverage standards
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external third-party systems securely and efficiently
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git or GitHub
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable Salesforce components and solutions as per business needs
• Customize and configure Salesforce platform including custom development and declarative changes
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using secure APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices
• Participate in deployment and release management activities
