Job Description
Recruit & develop the team of Financial Advisors and Agent
To train, motivate and guide them to sell the product
Provide product knowledge
Conduct training activities for better understanding
Business generation through recruited Financial Advisors
responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue.
-Candidate need to close the lead given by branch manager
-100% lead will be provided by branch manager
-field sales job
-More incentives based on sales
-every 6 months promotion
-No need to hire any agents
-minimum 2 yr exp.
Age must be 21 to 38.
Any Graduate.
Must have own vehicle.
Minimum 1 year Experience in BFSI Industry
