Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts for IT hardware, focusing on laptops, desktops, and workstations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and the ability to build and manage client relationships in both B2B and channel environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for laptops, desktops, and workstation solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in corporate, SME, and government sectors.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions using our product portfolio.
  • Drive sales growth through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast monthly/quarterly revenue projections.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on trends, competition, and opportunities in the IT hardware space.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
